We offer options for you to be safe and get the care you need to stay healthy. Do not wait to get the care you need. Need help getting care today? Here are some options: ● You can talk to your provider on the phone or on a video call. For Presbyterian telehealth and in-person appointments, call 1-844-505-PRES . (Telehealth appointments are subject to normal in-person cost-sharing or copays based on your health plan.) ● Call PresRN at (505) 923-5677 to speak with a Presbyterian nurse if you aren’t feeling well and don’t know what to do. ● Call your provider to make an appointment or to find out when you should get procedures/screenings. They will work directly with the appropriate facility to schedule your appointment. We care about you and your health. To keep you safe, Presbyterian facilities now: ● Limit visitors with few exceptions ● Screen patients and staff for COVID-19 symptoms ● Practice social distancing in all clinics ● Minimize wait time in common areas ● Require all patients and staff to wear masks ● Use improved cleaning procedures More tips for a safe appointment: ● Have your mask ready before you walk in. ● Wash your hands after touching any high-touch surfaces or objects like pens, clipboards, or check-in desk areas. ● Avoid touching your face, including your eyes, nose, and mouth. ● Sneeze or cough into your mask or into a tissue. Throw the tissue in the trash right away! ● Use hand sanitizer. ● Social distance if waiting in a lobby or waiting room. ● Check with your provider’s office about mail-order prescriptions or a larger supply to avoid more pharmacy visits.
