MPC102026 Centennial Care #3165 Just like family While the winter brings with it the coldest weather of the year, it also brings the warmth of memories made with family as we celebrate holidays and spend more time together. Family is very important to me. Family brings joy into our lives, and we look out for each other during tough times and support each other’s needs. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, our hope is that you have felt supported by Presbyterian Health Plan. Our family of employees has worked hard to anticipate your health needs and make sure you get the care and resources you need to stay healthy. Here are just a few of the ways that Presbyterian Health Plan has supported our members and providers: ● Our team called thousands of members early in the pandemic to check on their healthcare needs. ● We donated nearly 7,000 gallons of hand sanitizer to Native American communities throughout the state. ● We paid providers in our network faster than ever so they could continue delivering care to our members. ● Presbyterian Health Plan partnered with Meals On Wheels to deliver meals to members who may not have access to food and had COVID-19. ● By working with our providers, we also created a program that allowed members with COVID-19 to recover from the comfort of their home instead of in a hospital. One member shared how these efforts have made an “extraordinary” impact on his life as he recovered from COVID-19. This is why Presbyterian Health Plan exists. We are here for you and your loved ones because you are family to us. Together, we can make it through this pandemic and know that just like family, we are here to support you. Thank you for the honor of serving you. Mary K. Eden Sr. Vice President, Government Programs
