This includes rent, utility, trash, and water bills. People who are renting in New Mexico can apply for help from the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP). New Mexicans can apply for help with housing costs at www.RentHelpNM.org . Please note that people who live in Bernalillo County outside Albuquerque city limits, Doña Ana County, and those who live in pueblo or tribal areas can apply with their own Rental Assistance Programs. Those two counties and the tribal areas will have their own ERAP. If you would like to learn more, please visit the ERAP website and view their FAQ sheet to see if you are eligible. Communication is important to you and to us. That’s why we offer translation services if you need them. We want to make sure you have the information in the language or format you use so you can take charge of your own healthcare. We have bilingual staff and certified translator services if you want to use these services. These services are available to help you talk with providers, nurses, and caregivers; learn about your health plan; and much more.
