www.phs.org/centennialcare 9 Coronavirus (COVID-19) and dental services Good dental health is important, and your health is our number one priority. Together, we can take extra safety measures to keep people safe and healthy to stop the spread of COVID-19 so you can get the dental care you need. The best way to protect yourself and others from COVID-19 when it comes to dental health and going to the dentist is to: ● Practice good dental health with brushing and flossing. ● Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, after using the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. ● Not touch your eyes, nose, and mouth with unclean hands. ● Reschedule any dental appointments. ● Stay home when you are sick. ● Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue. ● Avoid close contact with people who are sick. ● Put at least six feet of distance between yourself and other people. ● Clean and disinfect items and surfaces you touch often. ● Contact your dental office if you think it is an emergency. Stay up to date about COVID-19 on the CDC website: www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV/index.html . Member rights and responsibilities Presbyterian Health Plan (PHP) has written policies and procedures about members’ rights and responsibilities and implementation of such rights. All PHP members or their legal guardians (caretakers) have rights and responsibilities, and PHP expects its network of practitioners and providers to respect and support these rights and responsibilities. To view a list of these rights and responsibilities, go to www.phs.org/pages/member-rights.aspx . Please note that this list comprises the rights and responsibilities as dictated by the New Mexico Human Services Department. In addition, the list also includes information specific to different lines of business.
